A special new retrospective by Ken Scott, celebrating forty-five years of travels and adventure.
“My photography grew up in the mountains where, for the first thirty years or so I simply went for walks – sometimes very long walks – and climbs with a camera. None of my photographs was preconceived; each was made in the moment, as a direct response to light and to the mountain experience. I took this approach with me on all of our travels, not to exotic places, but intimate, personal journeys to places that hold very special places in our hearts.
My photography has diversified in recent times into a daily flow of fleeting moments and observations. All of this stems from the same responsive state of mind, and is now the basis of my coaching work and retreats.
This presentation is a celebration of my adventure experiences with a camera over a lifetime, with a select few of the people most special to me, using photography to paint an authentic picture of who we are, and to tell the stories of Summits and Secrets.”
