Code Of Conduct For All Photogroup Meets.
All Campers to report to Steward on arrive to site.
All visitors are to report to stewards on arrival.
Campers should not arrive before the published site opening time as it is outside the provision of the club’s exemption certificate.
Proof of membership to the C&CC must be provided by all participating Campers.
All vehicles on site must not exceed 5mph (this includes bicycles) and learner drivers are not permitted.
There is to be no vehicular movement and all noise is kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am. (without prior permission from the steward)
All units must be at least 6 metres (20 ft) apart.
All EHU leads must be fully unwound.
It is recommended that each unit has a full fire bucket
All pets are to be kept on a lead of no more than 2 metres and secured at all times if outside the unit, and all dog waste must be cleaned up.
No pets are allowed in any rooms being used for Photogroup purposes, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Ball games are only permitted with the permission of the steward on an open space well away from units.
Please check with the stewards before using a BBQ or generator.
It is forbidden to fly kites, drones or model aircraft on the site at all times.
Please ensure that all your rubbish is removed for your pitch and taken home with you, unless there are bins provided.
Abuse of any kind will NOT be tolerated and the Stewards word is final. If you contravene any of the above you may be asked to leave the site with no refunds on any remaining fees.
