Exhition Secretaries required for 2014
Rodney and Helen Smith have done excellent work ov er the 3 years they have been Exhibition Secretaries. However, now they have done their stint and we are looking for their replacements for the next 3 years to come forward. Given appropriate notice they could shadow Rodney and Helen at this years event.
Stewards required for meets in 2013
The meet at Stoke Gabriel was cut short due to a distinct lack of stewards volunteering. Why not volunteer to steward a meet in 2013? It is a great way of getting to know people. If you are a bit nervous one of the committee will help to put you at your ease. You can always be a second steward if you think main steward may be too daunting...

The proposed Tour of Scotland in 2014 has been cancelled as no-one has expressed an interest in going ahead with the tour
Lack of stewards in 2013 has knock on effect for meets in 2014...
The Sites Officer finds himself in a difficult situation. No stewards equals no meets. So at this stage, no meets other than the Festival / AGM meet are being arranged for 2014 until stewards have come forward to offer their services.
